The Role

We're seeking an exceptional Cashier Assistant to join our team As a key member of our operations, you'll create an efficient, stress-free, and enjoyable experience for each customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • You'll receive payment from customers for parking services and facilitate traffic flow through our facilities.
  • Perform various duties, including counting revenue, maintaining security, making change, and operating cash registers.
  • Provide directions to city locations and assist customers with their queries.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate to supervisors when needed.
