Job Title: Lead Product Manager - Gameplay

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Manager to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for leading the development of gameplay updates for The Sims 4.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for gameplay updates, ensuring alignment with business objectives and player needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data, consumer insights, and user research, to inform product decisions and drive business success.
  • Lead the development of new gameplay features and updates, working closely with design and production teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Analyze player behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and inform product development.
  • Develop and manage AB tests to optimize gameplay experience and drive business results.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of product management experience, with a focus on gameplay and user experience.
  • Proven track record of launching and optimizing gameplay features for large titles, particularly on PC and console.
  • Strong analytical background, with experience turning data into actionable insights.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
  • MBA, business, or software engineering background preferred.

Base Salary Ranges:

British Columbia: $126,000 - $176,300 CAN Annually

California: $161,100 - $239,700 USD Annually

Washington: $142,900 - $230,000 USD Annually
