The ProblemThe sales pipeline is critical for growing companies, particularly in the B2B space. Sales teams often struggle with manual tasks such as prospecting, research, and follow-up, which can be time-consuming and inefficient. With the rise of AI and automation, it's now possible to automate many of these tasks, allowing reps to focus on what matters most - building relationships and closing deals.
The RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development of our sales workflow product. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for partnering with our founders and product engineering team to execute on the delivery of new full-stack features across the sales workflow. Your responsibilities will include creating PRDs based on feature requests, user interviews, and issue reports, as well as owning the tactical work that happens after we ship new features.

- Create PRDs based on feature requests, user interviews, and issue reports
- Owning the tactical work that happens after we ship new features, including user research, teaching users, creation of guides, and measuring/ensuring we're tracking the right product metrics
- Scaling new features from the ground-up by translating commercial business needs into technical solutions
- Understanding user frustrations/pleasures, testing hypotheses, and translating user needs into AI-driven experiences that augment, enhance, and automate manual workflows
- 3+ years of prior professional experience across engineering and product in a hyper-growth/entrepreneurial/tech environment, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a tech startup environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- A proven track record of breaking down complicated problems, setting a product roadmap, and leading high-impact projects that drive user or revenue growth
- Strong UX intuitions with the ability to wireframe improved UX flows and work closely with a designer
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills, with the ability to consider different levels of abstraction so ideas land with the audience
We offer competitive compensation, equity, generous perks, and comprehensive benefits. The target salary range for this role is $140,000 - $240,000.
