Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth. As a trusted name in the industry, we are committed to excellence in every aspect of our operations, from sales and service to customer satisfaction and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate new and used vehicles, including test drives, to ensure customers understand the vehicle's features and benefits.
- Deliver new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive ownership experience.
- Attend sales meetings and stay up-to-date on new products, features, and accessories to provide expert knowledge to customers.
- Establish and maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to dealership productivity and growth.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Valid in-state driver's license and a safe driving record.
- Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.
