About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate NICU Nurse to join our team at Queen of the Valley Medical Center. As a member of our NICU team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to neonates and their families in the NICU setting.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and assess patient condition, identifying and reporting any changes or concerns.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in neonatal care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
  • 1 year Nursing experience.
