We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate NICU Nurse to join our team at Queen of the Valley Medical Center. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medications, and treatments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in NICU care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
