About the Role:

  • Oversee the daily operations of our donor center, ensuring seamless production, quality compliance, and staff management.
  • Act as a liaison between our center and corporate functions, driving compliance and performance excellence.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, including FDA-approved Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP, to ensure our center meets the highest standards.
  • Ensure accurate product shipments and sample submissions, meeting shipping schedules and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a professional relationship with donors, fostering retention, referrals, and production growth.
  • Manage staff training, development, and performance, aligning with HR and company policies.
  • Create an organizational environment that stimulates morale, productivity, and leadership growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of management/supervisory experience, with a focus on recruiting, hiring, training, and managing employee performance.
  • Minimum one year of experience in financial management and/or budgeting.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry, preferred.
