Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Trinity Health. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) examinations, producing high-quality diagnostic images, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow established procedures and guidelines while performing MRI examinations.
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform routine clerical tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum completion of an American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) approved Radiologic Technology Program or an MRI specific curriculum.
- ARRT certification or board eligibility within 6 months of hire.
- ARRT(MR) certification within 2 years of hire.
- Certification or re-certification in Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) within three months of hire.
- 24 continuing education credits per biennium to retain registry.
Preferred Qualifications
- ARRT certification in MRI.
- Two years of experience as a Registered Radiologic Technologist.
- One year of experience as a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist.
Work Schedule
- Monday or Tuesday - Main campus 2p to Midnight.
- Two shifts at Byron Center M-F 6:30 am to 6:30 pm.
Location
- Grand Rapids and/or Byron Center.
