About the Position

We are seeking a talented Improvement Specialist to join our team at the Department of Probation, Parole & Pardon. In this role, you will work under limited supervision to provide technical and professional services, including research and analysis, process improvement, and hearing facilitation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide technical and professional services to support the Paroles, Pardons and Release Services Project Coordinator
  2. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement
  3. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance division-related communication
  4. Facilitate hearings and other meetings as required

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Related work experience in probation and parole
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
