Business Development Opportunity
Famous Supply, a leading wholesale distributor in the HVAC, Plumbing, Building Products, Lighting, and Industrial/PVF segments, is seeking a results-driven Florida Territory Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in the state of Florida.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the company's continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the state of Florida.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new prospects.
- Conduct product training as needed to ensure customers have the knowledge they need to succeed.
- Analyze and evaluate territory regarding sales trends, market pricing, and market-specific product needs.
- Actively participate in customer-specific demand and inventory planning.
- Engage regularly with existing customers to foster long-term relationships and promote opportunities for repeat business.
- Utilize CRM platform to log daily sales activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing and/or HVAC fields.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience and comfort in making cold calls.
- Strong skillset relating to relationship building, listening, follow-up, and time management.
- Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
