Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of customer-centric programs and initiatives to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Train, coach, and develop department-level leaders and store partners to ensure exceptional customer service and a positive store culture.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a pet-related industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze business trends and implement effective business improvement plans.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
