Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Nursing Resource Pool at Corewell Health Royal Oak. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care under the direction of our Nurse Leaders, utilizing the framework of the nursing process and incorporating patient-family centered care principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients on the Intensive Care Unit, utilizing the nursing process and incorporating patient-family centered care principles.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor patient progress, identifying and addressing any changes or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an associate degree or higher.
  • Active license in the State of Michigan.
  • 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
