We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float PRN team at Corewell Health Hospital Royal Oak. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients and families in a variety of settings, including medical-surgical and progressive care units.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an associate degree or higher.
- Active license in the State of Michigan.
- 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
- Specialty certification highly recommended after 2 years in specialty.
