About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our Winter Seasonal Maintenance Worker team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for performing general highway maintenance duties, including snow and ice removal, traffic sign repair, and pavement marking installation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate snow plows and other winter maintenance equipment to ensure safe and efficient travel on Indiana highways.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking and maintaining equipment, and reporting any issues to supervisors.
  • Work collaboratively with other crew members to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) required.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in inclement weather conditions.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
