Executive Director of Insurance Growth

We are seeking an ambitious Executive Director of Insurance Growth to lead our sales team and drive business expansion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue, managing the sales team to achieve targets and objectives, and building relationships with top-performing Realtors and Lenders to secure leads.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and implementing business growth strategies
- Managing the sales team to achieve targets and objectives
- Building relationships with key stakeholders to secure leads and partnerships
- Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, and operational management
- Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with EzLynx and Jenesis platforms or related software
The estimated salary range for this position is $180,000 - $250,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
