Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Senior Program Manager to enhance our Product & Engineering division. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives on addressing complex business challenges and is committed to innovative solutions that maintain our status as a technology frontrunner in the corporate travel sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of cross-functional initiatives from concept through to market launch, collaborating with teams across Product & Engineering, Finance, GCO, and B2B Excellence.
  • Identify and engage relevant stakeholders for each initiative, managing their expectations effectively.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to outline project scope, develop work breakdown structures, and create comprehensive delivery plans.
  • Oversee inter-team dependencies, address risks and issues, and validate planning assumptions as they arise.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, both written and verbal, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish and maintain governance practices to keep programs aligned with objectives.
  • Define the program structure, clarifying roles and responsibilities to enhance communication and minimize redundancy.
  • Create and maintain project documentation and archives for future reference.
  • Act as a strategic planner for teams under your oversight, focusing on 90 and 180-day planning cycles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years in Technical Program or Product Management within a technology-driven organization, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Travel industry knowledge is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across various organizational levels.
  • Skilled in providing clarity in situations with ambiguous project scopes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in facilitating decision-making processes within the organization.

Work Environment:

This position is hybrid, requiring presence in the designated location.

Compensation:

The expected annual base salary for this role ranges from $85,000 to $170,000, depending on the complexity of the position and the candidate's relevant experience and skills.
