Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical schematics and models for new products and design-to-order electrical systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and implementation.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of computer-aided design and drafting systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior personnel.
- Travel to various locations to support products and train other personnel (approximately 5% of the time).
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Design from an accredited technical school or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of design experience or 5+ years of Trane or Climate Solutions practical experience.
- Working knowledge of computer-aided graphic systems and 3D electrical harness design experience.
- PTC Creo skillset and electrical schematic understanding preferred.
