We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Agent to join our team at JASON NEAL. As a leader, you will be responsible for servicing our existing client base, researching new business opportunities, and supervising a small team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills
  • Research new business opportunities through market analysis and lead generation
  • Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes
  • Report daily field activity using our CRM system
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive sales growth
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a desire to be active in the community
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
