Responsibilities
  • Apply the nursing process to each patient, implementing evidence-based care and interventions.
  • Assess, collaborate, and coordinate patient discharge needs, ensuring a smooth transition to home or further care.
  • Participate in departmental and hospital improvement initiatives, promoting a culture of excellence and patient safety.
  • Maintain confidentiality, security, and integrity of patient and organizational data.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a state-approved School of Nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Louisiana.
  • Previous experience preferred, but not required.
