Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Control Technician II to join our team at Ring Power. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and maintenance services for our heavy machinery and construction equipment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the installation, repair, and maintenance of Trimble Heavy Civil Construction product portfolio within designated territories.
  • Determine service status and required service for Trimble and/or Caterpillar Construction Machine Control and Guidance systems.
  • Perform necessary service, repairs, replacements, installations, rebuilding components, and preventative maintenance to restore equipment to proper operation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in heavy machinery maintenance and repair.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, power train, and engine components.
  • Excellent technical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills to define and perform maintenance repairs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exposure to extreme temperatures, noise, and vibrations.
