Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. in Saugus, MA. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality outpatient treatment services that promote customer service and excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinically, financially, environmentally, and operationally oversee the site assigned.
• Ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
• Maximize utilization of services and market potential.

Requirements:

• Independent licensure required (LMHC or LICSW).
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience and/or experience in a similar management position preferred.
• Experience working with DPH licensing requirements, CARF standards, MBHP regulations, or other related requirements preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a substance abuse, mental health, or other related behavioral health program required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
• Ability to use independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies.
• Effective communication skills in written and oral communication and in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting.
