Job Overview

Chestnut Woods Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, part of Marquis Health Services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Unit Manager to oversee the clinical team of assigned units. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing oversight and direction to the clinical team, making rounds with physicians, and developing positive relationships with residents, family members, staff, and medical teams.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and direction to the assigned unit team.
  • Collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, family members, and staff.
  • Review care plans daily to ensure appropriate care is being provided.
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly.
Requirements
  • Covid vaccination required.
  • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN or LPN in Massachusetts.
  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Two or more years of nursing experience required; one year or more years of experience as a supervisor in a nursing care center, hospital, or other related healthcare setting.
