Job Details

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture, a strong portfolio of completed projects, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee all phases of architectural projects, including planning, design, documentation, and construction administration.
  • Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their vision is realized.
  • Design Development: Lead the design process, create and present design concepts, and produce detailed drawings and specifications.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project integration and successful outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all designs comply with local codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior architects and support staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Licensure: Registered Architect (AIA) preferred; must be eligible for licensure.
  • Skills: Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp), strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Attributes: Creative mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
