Healthcare Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Architect to join our team at Shive-Hattery Group, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leading healthcare projects and building relationships with clients through exceptional project experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in design discussions, idea generation, and collaboration to create innovative healthcare designs.
- Produce and coordinate technical documents, including drawings, models, and 3D images, under the direction of a licensed design professional.
- Lead project and client meetings, providing valuable insights and contributions.
- Interact with clients and contractors, representing the company in ongoing projects and fostering strong professional relationships.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or equivalent education and experience.
- 5-8 years of professional experience in healthcare design.
- Strong knowledge of design systems, specifications, building codes, and associated technology.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Google SketchUp.
