About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team in Savannah, GA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new auto insurance policies, renewing policies, servicing existing policies, and marketing for possible new business.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a first-rate experience.
  • Answer any questions regarding customers' policies and provide professional guidance.
  • Accept payments and process transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Identify potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy and offer solutions.
  • Follow up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations to ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives for new business development as needed.
  • Maintain a neat and clean work area and office.
  • Perform vehicle inspections (FNOLs) and take vehicle pictures (requiring squatting, bending, and flexing).
  • Make bank run deposits and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • You must be 18 years old.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus or required, depending on regional needs.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Full-time employment is necessary.
  • You must pass state licensing requirements.
  • You should possess good customer service and communication skills.
  • You must have reliable transportation.
  • You should be goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • You must be able to approach potential clients and offer our services.
  • You must be assertive and able to provide a first-rate experience for our customers.

Compensation and Work Environment

We offer a competitive estimated salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience, based on the location and industry standards.
