Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Lincoln, providing speech and language therapy services to students with various communication disorders and disabilities.


Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for students with diverse needs.
  • Deliver high-quality therapy services in individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate closely with educational teams to create and execute Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and provide support to students.

Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders is required.
  • An active Alabama SLP license is mandatory.
  • Experience working with children in a school setting is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Compensation Package

This position offers a competitive compensation package, including:
