We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a New Grad RN Resident at Belton Regional Medical Center. As a New Grad RN Resident, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessing patient condition, performing procedures, and administering medications.
- Collaborate with medical providers and other members of the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, to be completed before start date.
- Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) obtained within 30 days of employment.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) obtained within 1 year of employment.
