Position Summary

The role of the Leasing Professional at Aldon Management encompasses:

Sales Responsibilities
  • Successfully leasing residential units to enhance revenue and achieve occupancy goals.
  • Leading prospective residents on property tours and highlighting community features.
  • Strictly following the leasing sales process.
  • Timely responding to inquiries through various communication channels.
Marketing Duties
  • Completing essential marketing documentation, applications, and lease contracts.
  • Regularly assessing competitor offerings through calls and site visits.
  • Contributing to marketing plans and providing insights for weekly evaluations.
  • Executing innovative marketing strategies to attract referrals from local businesses.
Administrative Tasks
  • Educating potential residents about the application procedures and requirements.
  • Efficiently processing applications, including document verification and background checks.
  • Ensuring timely handling of approved applications by preparing leases and coordinating move-in details.
  • Assisting with various office responsibilities and participating in resident engagement activities.
Required Qualifications
  • Preferred 2+ years of leasing experience in multifamily environments.
  • At least 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or administrative functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong capacity for managing sensitive information.
  • Proactive, independent decision-maker with strong issue resolution skills.
  • Comfortable in an office setting and familiar with standard office equipment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is advantageous.
