Are you a skilled HVAC professional looking for a challenging role in property maintenance? Do you have experience with appliance repair and maintenance? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Technician at our luxury apartment community in River Ridge.

As a Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch maintenance and repair services to our residents, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs. You will also participate in an on-call rotation for emergency calls and complete required paperwork, such as inventory logs and service tickets.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide our residents with exceptional maintenance and repair services in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Prepare vacant apartments for new resident move-ins.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation with other maintenance technicians for emergency after-hours calls.
  • Complete required paperwork, such as inventory logs and service tickets.
