Seasonal Beauty Consultant

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to provide exceptional guest experiences and drive sales in our stores. As a key member of our team, you will engage with guests to determine their individual needs, conduct cashier tasks, maintain store cleanliness, and complete tasks as assigned.

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and retail shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging each guest, personalizing service to their needs, and recommending complementary Ulta Beauty products and services.
• Courteously handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges, and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and the guest service experience.
• Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience while delivering on sales goals.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and stay informed regarding new and existing products and services during work time.

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology, including the Point of Sale system and Apple devices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and troubleshoot issues.

• Continuous mobility throughout the store during shift.
• Frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting during shift.
• Continuous and/or frequent lifting, carrying, and/or moving up to 25 lbs. during shift.
