Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team as an Insulation Installation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for installing insulation materials in exterior walls and ceilings, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and logging materials onto a company vehicle
  • Erecting scaffolding or ladders to the required height
  • Cutting insulation materials to size and installing them in frames, ceilings, attics, or crawlspaces
  • Installing insulation materials using various methods, including stapling, gluing, wiring, nailing, or operating equipment
  • May be required to drive a company vehicle, adhering to all driving rules and DOT requirements
  • Observing job site safety rules and knowing the location of MSDS packets in the vehicle
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience in the construction industry
  • Comfortable using standard hand tools
  • Able to work in tight spaces, including attics and crawlspaces
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
  • Able to climb ladders and scaffolding
  • Able to bend, twist, and turn body at shoulders, waist, and knees
  • Able to stand for extended periods
