In the role of Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, you will adhere to the medical protocols set forth by the governing medical body and the Chief Medical Officer, collaborating with other medical professionals within our centers. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and coordinate professional medical care within our occupational health framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations of patients across multiple clinics.
- Gather and analyze patient medical histories and examination results.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging and laboratory analyses.
- Perform therapeutic interventions such as injections, immunizations, and wound care.
- Educate and counsel patients on adherence to treatment plans and health maintenance.
- Develop and implement management plans for patient care, documenting progress and ensuring continuity.
- Contribute to the formulation and revision of policies that influence medical practice and quality of care.
- Assist in creating and delivering educational programs for staff and patients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, clients, and colleagues, embodying our core values.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant health discipline from an accredited institution.
- Licensure in accordance with state regulations.
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
- Board Certification is required.
- Experience in occupational medicine is preferred; training is available for qualified candidates.
- Certification in FMCSA NRCME is required prior to employment commencement.
- DEA certification is required prior to employment commencement.
Experience and Skills
- A minimum of one year of experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency medicine is preferred.
