Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and store inventory in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy
  • Coordinate deliveries and pickups with customers and vendors
  • Operate a forklift to move inventory and equipment around the warehouse
  • Perform daily inspections of the warehouse and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Assist with receiving and processing customer returns and exchanges
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Forklift operator certification and 1 year of experience operating a forklift highly desired
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Work Environment
