Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team of stylists at Great Clips. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Motivate the Stylist Team: Foster a positive and productive work environment, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer retention, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Manage Salon Operations: Oversee daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Recruit and Train New Team Members: Attract and hire talented stylists, providing comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure their success.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Cosmetology License: Must be licensed to cut hair and have a strong understanding of salon operations and management.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and management.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including sales growth, customer retention, and operational efficiency.
