Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality hair styling services to clients, including cuts, colors, and styling.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with other stylists and salon staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Develop and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and communication skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest hair styling trends and techniques, and apply this knowledge to provide innovative and personalized services to clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets, and contribute to the overall success of the salon.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Hairstylist, with a strong track record of providing exceptional service and building a loyal client base.
  • Current and valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
