Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring that all airport facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the daily operations of airport facilities, including custodial services, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of custodial and maintenance staff to ensure that they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
  • Supply Chain Management: Manage the procurement and inventory of supplies and equipment needed for facilities operations.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations, such as snow removal and facility damage, in a timely and effective manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with airport stakeholders, including employees, tenants, and the public.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in facilities management or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in facilities management, custodial services, or maintenance.
  • Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of facilities management principles and practices.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and other environmental hazards. The position may also require occasional work on weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
