Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Computed Tomography Specialist to join our team as a travel Imaging Technologist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the procedure and positioning the patient
  • Monitor patients during imaging procedures and respond to any emergencies that may arise
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures and results

Requirements:

  • ARRT-CT registry required
  • Florida license
  • BLS via AHA
  • Experience with Toshiba Aquilion/Philips Brillance 64 slice equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
