Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at The National Coalition of Healthcare Recruiters. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to our patients in an efficient and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate assessment, diagnosis, and implementation of care interventions and plans for patients presenting with undifferentiated and undiagnosed health conditions.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to provide high-quality patient care and make appropriate medical decisions.
  • Coordinate patient transfers to emergency facilities and arrange for hospitalization as needed.
  • Provide consultation and education to patients and staff to increase the quality of patient care.
  • Guide and assist medical assistants in their duties.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in family medicine and experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center. You must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide excellent patient care.
