We are seeking a skilled Kitting and Assembly Specialist to join our second shift operation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for hand bindery and packing functions, including kit packing, finished goods assembly, and projects that require manual handling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform various duties such as inserting, hand matching, slip sheeting, collating, counting, punching out, gluing, folding, taping, and stocking tables.
  • Use and care of tape machines and manual pallet jacks.
  • Collate and restock materials in proper sequence.
  • Sort and pack mail, and complete load tags.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions and specifications.
  • Previous warehouse and/or assembly line experience is preferred but not required.
