Kit Builder

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Kit Builder to join our team at Elevated HR Consulting LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for populating cases with various components and materials into pre-packaged kits according to specifications and customer requirements.

• Perform essential functions in the ERP system related to populating kits and inventory storage, including picking tickets, bin transfers, and labeling.
• Identify and pull parts from stock.
• Populate kit case with appropriate parts and quantity while visually inspecting parts for damage.
• Properly package and label parts for kit population.
• Identify count and label parts to be routed to stock.
• Properly label kit cases and attach proper paperwork for inspection.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to use computers and computer systems such as Outlook and ERP system.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to count high quantities of small parts with small part markings.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to act with integrity and professionalism.

• At least two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of the two.
• Previous experience in kitting.
• Previous experience in quality.
• High school diploma or GED.
