Endocrinologist Job Description

WellSpan Health is seeking a skilled Endocrinologist to join our team in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. As an Endocrinologist, you will provide professional services to patients and serve as an instructor in the Department of Medicine.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position designed for lifestyle balance with excellent hours and reasonable call. Enjoy the convenience of in-office biopsies and join a collaborative team of 2 Endocrinologists, 4 Nurse Practitioners trained in diabetes, and 3 Registered Dieticians.

Responsibilities
  • Provides endocrinology professional services to patients
  • Serves as an instructor in the Department of Medicine
  • Collaborates with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Board certified or board eligible in Endocrinology
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree required
  • Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon upon hire required
