Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Elaya Health. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diabetes management and endocrinology, with the ability to provide direct care to adult patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, weight management, and other endocrinology needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to adult patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, weight management, and other endocrinology needs
- Manage use of insulin pumps, continuous glucose sensors, and related diabetes technology
- Work as part of a team that includes direct supervision by top endocrinologists in New Jersey
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program or Nursing School
- 6 Months Work Experience
- Registered as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in NJ State
