  5. Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals: Coordinate with other healthcare professionals as necessary to provide comprehensive care, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care physicians.
  6. Discharge Planning: Coordinate comprehensive discharge plans to ensure seamless community reintegration.
  7. Client Records: Maintain up-to-date, confidential client records, documenting clients' progress towards their treatment goals.
  8. Client Advocacy: Advocate for clients' needs and rights, providing resources and referrals as necessary.
  9. Professional Development: Stay informed of the latest developments and best practices in the field of mental health counseling.
  10. Compliance: Comply with all ethical guidelines, professional standards, and state and federal laws related to mental health services.
Qualifications
  1. A master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  2. Valid state license in mental health counseling or equivalent; or license eligible.
  3. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a clinical or counseling setting.
  4. Proficient in cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
  5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
  6. High degree of professionalism and adherence to ethical standards.
  7. Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and confidentiality.
  8. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
