OBJECTIVE:
The Automotive Lubrication Specialist is responsible for performing essential maintenance tasks on vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute oil and filter replacements.
- Conduct tire rotations.
- Install new wiper blades.
- Change oil and air filters.
- Replace vehicle batteries.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
- Proactively and positively engage in activities that enhance customer satisfaction at the dealership.
- Inspect vehicles thoroughly using the Express Lane Vehicle Check, covering exterior, under-hood, and under-vehicle assessments.
- Perform other responsibilities as directed by management.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Capability to assist with snow removal on the sales lot and vehicles.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Tolerance for standard shop noise from tools, equipment, and vehicles.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Manual dexterity and sound judgment.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays.
- Ability to assist with snow removal tasks.
- Compliance with wearing company-issued uniforms.
- Participation in the safety committee when elected.
