Critical Care Nurse

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse RN to join our ICU team at St. Mary's Health Care System. As a Registered Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
- Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing education program approved by the Board of Nursing or found by the Board to be substantially equivalent to the programs in Georgia.
- Prior experience in critical care nursing is preferred.
