Key Responsibilities- Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing education program approved by the Board of Nursing or found by the Board to be substantially equivalent to the programs in Georgia.
- Prior experience in Critical Care or a related field is preferred.
