Overview:
This position operates in a hybrid model post-training, alternating between in-office and remote work. The in-office schedule is based at our Administrative Service Center.

Working Hours:
Standard hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional requirements to extend until 5:00 PM.

Role Responsibilities:
The role involves managing the maintenance and posting requirements for all active loans, which includes but is not limited to:

  • Executing postings of credits and debits to loan accounts. This includes processing loan-related transactions such as principal reductions, extensions, backdated transactions, reversals of return items, and participation payments when applicable. Manual calculations and postings of interest adjustments are required when system limitations prevent backdating. Coordination with lenders and collections is necessary to obtain guidance or authorization for transactions as needed.
  • Timely completion of customer workflows. This includes addressing various lender requests such as billing inquiries, payment corrections, coupon book reorders, fee waivers, and other loan maintenance tasks. Performing loan coding updates, including automatic payment setups and changes, credit reporting updates, and due date modifications as appropriate.
  • Monitoring and analyzing reports to ensure accurate servicing of accounts concerning credit and debit transactions, automatic payments, matured loans, credit lines, and outstanding billings.
  • Conducting fraud risk reviews to identify high-risk or unusual transactions.

Qualifications:
Education:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Additional Responsibilities:
This position may encompass other duties as assigned by management. All employees are expected to understand and adhere to the contents of all compliance programs, regulations, and policies related to their roles, ensuring timely completion of compliance training and the identification of compliance risks.

Compensation Transparency:
To enhance transparency for candidates, we disclose base salary ranges in all job postings. Our salary ranges are determined based on the role, function, and responsibilities, benchmarked against similar organizations in our industry. Specific compensation will be influenced by factors such as the candidate's knowledge, skills, work experience, and relevant credentials. The hourly rate for this position is $22.40.
