Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Lot Attendant to join our team at Premier Hyundai in Moreno Valley, CA. As a Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the new and used vehicle inventory is maintained in a clean and orderly condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect vehicles to detect damage and verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice
  • Record the description of damages and list missing items on the delivery receipt
  • Park new vehicles in assigned areas and catalog and store keys
  • Assign stock control numbers to cars and move sold vehicles to maximize use of space
  • Deliver sold vehicles to the new-vehicle preparation department and service vehicles in storage to protect tires, battery, and finish
  • Maintain new- and used-vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles and replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed
  • Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles and keep new- and used-vehicle lots neat and orderly
  • Clean driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary, and drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
  • Make key tags for vehicles and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record
  • No prior experience or training required
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
