Job Summary

This part-time position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a Produce Clerk, you will be the face of our store, working closely with customers to understand their needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process, package, and stock produce products according to company standards
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work effectively with fellow associates to create a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Perform duties of floral clerk when assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience and/or training preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 60 pounds, and perform other duties as required
