The Oregon Tech Integrated Student Health Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Director to lead our team in providing exceptional student health services. As a key member of the Student Affairs department, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the ISHC, including counseling/mental health services, physical health services, and wellness activities.
Key Responsibilities- Direct the daily operation of the ISHC, ensuring compliance with standard clinical and health promotion practices and procedures.
- Supervise all ISHC staff, maintaining budgetary controls and overseeing client care and health program planning.
- Serve as a liaison with members of the university community, promoting collaboration and communication.
- Support quality patient care, monitoring patient delivery systems and clinical practices to optimize patient outcomes.
- Master's degree in a related field, such as Nursing, Health Care Administration, Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
- 5 years of experience in a clinic and/or higher education setting with direct student contact.
- Ability to work effectively in high-traffic and frequent interruption environments, adapting to changing priorities.
- Commitment to strategic planning, assessment, and program implementation.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to effectively work in diverse, multicultural, and inclusive settings.
- Licensure (or ability to secure license) in the State of Oregon in psychology, counseling, or health administration.
- Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Public Health, Higher Education, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience working in higher education with direct student contact.
